We are also licensed as an Investigations Company by the Texas Department of Public Safety (License #A09319). Our principal owner, James A. Parsons, has over 30 years of experience in title and public records research. Our Business We provide title reports, tax certificates and other specialized reports and products utilizing direct access to public records and a highly qualified network of independent contractors to assist our clients with their due diligence for residential and commercial real estate lending (home equity loans, refinancing, modifications, extensions & renewals); foreclosures; evaluating potential real estate investments; right-of-way research; oil, gas and mineral rights research, and genealogy research. Our Philosophy  Our goal is to provide high quality work in the most cost efficient, timely and professional manner. To the extent that we utilize independent contractors to assist in providing our services, we do not outsource any work to overseas vendors or service providers. All inquiries and assignments are conducted on a confidential basis and in compliance with applicable law.
